Floral Initial & Name Birth Announcement Disc

The Floral Initial & Name Birth Announcement Disc captures a newborn’s arrival in a way that feels personal and considered. A laser carved monogram initial sits prominently on the disc in white acrylic. A floral detail frames the design, giving it a finish that stands out in newborn photos. The disc holds the baby’s name, birth date, time and weight, giving parents a complete record of those first details. It works well as a nursery display piece and a keepsake families return to on special occasions. The Floral Initial & Name Birth Announcement Disc is a popular personalised newborn gift.

Select the first letter of the baby’s name from the dropdown menu, then enter each detail into the relevant text boxes. Space allows for up to 18 characters for the name, 25 for the date of birth, 7 for the time and 5 for the weight. Review all spelling and information carefully before placing your order.

Please note: Natural birch wood may show grain patterns and knots. These are normal characteristics of real wood and unique to each piece.
