Potential QLD & Northern NSW Delivery Delays

Due to cyclone Alfred there are possible delivery delays to South East Queensland and Northern NSW areaas. We are located in Brisbane and it does appear that there are no delays with deliveries in our area but some post codes may still be affected. Express orders placed before 11am (AEST) will be shipped (sent) the same business day with delivery to most main East Coast cities taking one to two business days (please note some Auspost deliveries may take a little longer). All standard shipping orders will still be personalised and shipped in two business days.

For delivery updates please check your tracking number. If any orders are lost or delayed we will work with you until the gift is delivered.

New Zealand shipping $15 Flat Rate. Delivery takes 6 to 10 business days. 

$25 international shipping to the USA, UK and IRELAND,  GERMANY, JAPAN, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, DENMARK, FINLAND, FRANCE, HONG KONG, NETHERLANDS, NORWAY, SINGAPORE, SPAIN, SWEDEN. The expected delivery time to is 6 to 15 business days with most deliveries expect in around 10 – 15 business days. Please note that short delivery delays are always possible with international shipping. It’s also possible that the recipient will get charged import taxes or duties by their customs departments.

All other International shipping is suspended.
