Returns and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that there is a mistake or an issue with your order please email us at email@example.com and explain the issue, please include photos if possible. If we’ve made a mistake or if there is a faulty item then we will send you a replacement item as quickly as possible at our cost. Please do not return any items unless advised, normally it will not be required to return any items as photos are normally enough to resolve any issues.
Due to the nature of personalised products we’re unable to exchange any orders if you’ve changed your mind or made a mistake during the ordering process. So please choose carefully and triple check all spelling before submitting your order. However, if you do make mistake do please let us know and we will try to offer a solution.
