We strongly do not recommend hospital deliveries. New Mum’s are often sent home very quickly and gifts often arrive after Mum has left creating issues for the new Mum. For hospital deliveries into the capital cities (with express post) you’ll need to allow around 4 business days or longer. Australia Post will generally deliver in 1 to 2 business days but a lot of hospitals collect their packages from the local post office which adds another day. If you do want a hospital delivery we will go ahead with it but please note that we can’t help with returning or redirecting a gift if the new Mum is no longer at the hospital.

Yes, if we receive an order for two or more items with the same baby name we will pack all these items into one big gift box. Ready for you to give without having to repack.

No. No invoice or any documents showing the price will be sent with the gift you order. So if you send the baby gift directly to the recipient they will not know the price. The only exception is for international shipments (shipments sent outside Australia) as it is required to show the value of the gift. So it’s possible that the recipient will see the details.

This is of course no problem, for orders with two different baby names each gift will be packed in a separate gift box and each labelled with the baby name. The both gifts will be shipped together so you will only pay one shipping charge. This is only possible where both gifts are being delivered to the same address. If you want to order for two babies and have the orders sent to different addresses then you will need to make two separate orders on our site.

Express delivery: Orders placed before 11am will be delivered in 1 to 2  business days in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart and Perth (CBD only, 2 business days to Perth Metro area). Express shipping to Darwin will take 2-3 days.

If you make an order that is over $150 then you will receive a free delivery within Australia.

Yes of course. We will include a gift card to send with the gift so please remember to write a message for the gift card when you’re completing the details for the shipping address during the checkout process.

No, for all orders shipped within Australia there will be no price or invoice with the order. So you can safely send your gift directly to the recipient knowing they will not know the price of the gift. For international shipments (shipments sent outside Australia) it is required to show the value of the gift so it’s possible that the recipient will see the details.

Yes!! All our orders are delivered in a gift box and it’s free. You will receive your gift ready for you to give.

We will always try to find a solution for any issues that maybe arise with our products. However, due to the nature of personalised products we can’t accept returns where the customer has changed their mind or made a mistake while ordering the gift. Please triple check the spelling of the baby’s name and other details entered to ensure that the personalisation of your order is correct. If you do find a mistake please email us at info@onelittleday.com.au and we will see what solutions are possible.

Photos are always helpful if there is a problem with a product. Please be reassured that in the unlikely event that there is an issue with the quality of your gift we will replace it with a new one or an item of similar value.

Yes you can. For example if you want to change the colour of the shoes in a gift set you can do this. You just need to add a comment in the order notes section on the checkout page, please include details of the new font colour if necessary. You can also swap items of similar value. So if you want to change a fleece blanket for a hooded towel, this is okay too. Simply add a comment in the order notes section and we will make the change for you. On most products we can add a few more characters than the maximum limit. The text will be a little smaller than shown on our site but we will ensure that it can still be easily read. If you'd like to add a few more characters please add this in the order notes and we will embroider your gift as you need. Or you can send us an email at info@onelittleday.com.au. Please note that it's not possible to add more characters to the baby shoes.

Please take some time to think about which font is best for you. Some fonts are easier to read than others so please decide what is important for you when selecting the font. If you want the baby name to be easy to read then please consider selecting the font micro block. Please also think carefully about the text colour you select as embroidery can't be changed or removed, it's permanent.
